My Everyday Makeup VS. My Travel Makeup Routine

I have a fairly simple/basic makeup and skincare routine but it took me years to get to this point. I use to buy/try every single new product that was out but was mostly left feeling disappointed. Now I only try a new product if there is a lot of hype and reviews that I think it may be worth it. I now generally stick to what works for me and what I know is a good product! I also skip foundation, powders and contouring as I have very dry skin and find that all those things tend to make my skin look worse not better.

Everyday Routine
Kiehls Skincare, MAC Blush in "Shell Pearl", BareMinerals "Stroke of Light" Concealer and Eye Brightener,
Urban Decay "Naked Basics 2", The Face Shop Eyebrow Pencil, Kat Von D Tattoo Eye Liner,
Too Faced "Better Than Sex" Mascara, and Almay Liquid Lipbalms in "Canteope Cream" and "Apple a Day"

Travel Routine

Cath Kidson Cosmetics Bag, Kiehls Handcream, First Aid Beauty Moisturizer and Cleanser,
Bioderma Makeup Remover, Aveeno Wipes, Makeup same as above except;
Tarte "Lights Camera Flashes" Mascara, Tarte Blush in " Magic" and Tarte LipSurgence in Magic.

Travel Samples

My biggest Travel beauty tip is to save up your samples. By shopping at places like Kiehls and Sephora or getting a monthly subscription box you can acquire lots of samples. I save all mine up in a little pouch and that's what I take traveling with me. They take up less room, are light, and at the end of the trip you are free of them. Not to mention all the Kiehls ones match my daily routine at home so I'm not trying random products that my skin isn't use to while traveling.
